Partner to the world's leading manufacturers
Textile machinery Market
The textile industry relies on machines that run at high speeds, often for long periods with minimal downtime. The precision of their components directly influences movement consistency, fabric quality and production-line efficiency. Weaving looms and other textile equipment face repeated stresses, yarn tension and tight dimensional requirements to ensure uniform output. In this environment, the reliability of mechanical parts is essential: premature wear, dimensional drift or a component failure can disrupt production, degrade product quality and cause costly interruptions.
At Setforge, we work with textile machinery manufacturers to develop components for weaving systems and production equipment. Our hot forging, cold forging and electrical-upsetting processes produce parts in steel, aluminum and special alloys, matched to the speeds and stresses specific to this sector.

FROM PROTOTYPE TO PRODUCTION
Shaping the material yields components with high mechanical integrity and grain flow matched to their geometry. These characteristics support their strength and fatigue performance in mechanisms exposed to repeated operating cycles. The tolerances, mechanical interfaces and surface finishes that precise equipment operation depends on are achieved through control of the entire manufacturing process. Our teams support each project from initial consultation and prototyping through industrialization and series production.
Machining and finishing operations, performed in-house or with selected partners, complete our offering. We deliver components that meet our customers' technical specifications and delivery targets, supporting the reliability and availability of textile equipment.
