Partner to the world's leading manufacturers
Industrial valves Market
The industrial valve market demands reliable components across a wide range of applications, from chemical processing and food production to pharmaceuticals and power generation. Valves must maintain their sealing despite pressure and temperature fluctuations, resist corrosive fluids and, depending on the sector, meet strict requirements for hygiene, cleanability and surface quality. The reliability of this equipment directly affects plant safety, efficiency and continuity.
Setforge supports valve manufacturers in developing components for control valves, ball valves, gate valves and safety systems. Our forging expertise covers stainless steel, carbon steel and special alloys, matched to the mechanical, thermal and chemical demands of each environment.

From Development to Finished Part
Forging helps reduce certain porosities and produces blanks with grain flow matched to their geometry. These characteristics support the strength and fatigue performance of components subjected to frequent opening, closing and control cycles. Our teams get involved from the earliest development phases to optimize design, material selection and the manufacturing process. This collaboration anticipates machining requirements, functional tolerances and sealing surfaces.
Our integrated approach includes machining and finishing, performed in-house or with partners selected to suit the project. We deliver ready-to-install components, from raw forging to finished part, while ensuring traceability, quality and on-time delivery. Every component is developed to meet the technical and documentation specifications of its application. Our solutions thus contribute to the reliability, safety and lasting performance of industrial installations.
