TRANSMISSION AND GEARBOXES

Agricultural powertrains operate under highly variable conditions, alternating between road transport, low-speed field work and high-power demands within a single day. During critical periods such as harvest, equipment may also run intensively for extended stretches. These load variations, direction reversals and repeated cycles place high demands on shafts, gears and other driveline components. Our hot and cold forging capabilities distribute material according to each part's geometry and main loads. This control helps deliver a high strength-to-weight ratio and components capable of transmitting substantial torque. The resulting parts offer the toughness and fatigue strength needed to keep pace with the demanding duty cycles of agricultural equipment.

AXLE & STEERING COMPONENTS

Axles and steering systems must combine high load-carrying capacity with precise handling, in the field as well as on the road. Axle shafts, steering knuckles and tie rods are subjected to variable loads, impacts and lateral forces while being exposed to the moisture, mud and chemicals found in agricultural environments. Controlled material flow orients the grain structure in the most highly stressed areas and strengthens components under repeated loading. HYDRAULICS COMPONENTS

Hydraulic systems perform many essential functions, from precise implement positioning to steering assistance and heavy-load handling. Subjected to fluctuations in pressure, temperature and load, their components must hold their geometry and functional characteristics to keep movements smooth and seals performing. Our hot forging, electrical-upsetting and upsetting capabilities produce hydraulic parts in a wide range of shapes and sizes, including cylinder rods up to 5 meters long. Control of the entire manufacturing process combines mechanical strength, dimensional accuracy and durability for cylinders and hydraulic systems in agricultural applications.

WEAR PARTS

Agricultural wear parts endure intense abrasion from contact with soil, mineral particles, crop residues and field debris. Cutting edges and ground-engaging tools must retain their geometry and effectiveness while processing large volumes of material, limiting replacements and downtime during critical periods of the season.
