TRANSMISSION & GEARBOXES

Transmissions and gearboxes in construction machinery operate under particularly demanding conditions. Repeated cycles of acceleration, braking and direction reversal, combined with wide load variations and torque peaks, put heavy stress on shafts, pinions and planetary gear components. Our hot and cold forging capabilities produce gearbox shafts, pinions, planetary shafts and planet carriers designed to transmit high torque and withstand cyclic loading. Controlled material distribution and grain-flow orientation in the most highly stressed areas contribute to their strength and fatigue performance. Together with suitable lubrication, sealing and cooling systems, these components support transmission reliability and equipment uptime under intensive jobsite conditions.

AXLE & STEERING COMPONENTS

The stability and steering precision of construction machinery depend on the integrity of its axles and steering systems. Wheel shafts, hubs and steering knuckles must carry high static and dynamic loads while maintaining their geometry under impacts, lateral forces and repeated stresses. Dimensional control of these components is essential: excessive deformation or growing play can affect machine stability, steering accuracy, tire wear and operator comfort. Our processes deliver parts with consistent mechanical properties matched to their load-bearing function. Control of design, forming and finishing helps preserve their dimensional behavior and durability in construction applications.

HYDRAULICS COMPONENTS

Hydraulic systems deliver the precise, powerful movements construction machinery depends on. Operating at high pressures and rapid cycles, their components must maintain their geometry and functional characteristics despite temperature variations and intensive use. With our hot forging, upsetting and electrical-upsetting capabilities, we produce large components, including cylinder rods up to 5 meters long, for excavators, loaders and other hydraulically operated equipment. Control of the manufacturing route achieves the required levels of strength, dimensional accuracy and surface quality. Near-net-shape manufacturing optimizes material usage and reduces machining volumes, helping keep production costs and lead times under control.

TUNNEL BORING & DRILLING EQUIPMENT

Underground excavation equipment operates in environments where component access and maintenance interventions are especially difficult. Hubs, cones, flanges and drill-head elements are subjected to high forces, repeated impacts and ground conditions of varying abrasiveness. Parts for rock breakers, meanwhile, must absorb high-energy impacts without excessive deformation. Performance in these applications depends on balancing strength, toughness, hardness and wear resistance. Our forging expertise, together with material selection and targeted heat treatments, allows component properties to be matched to the demands of each piece of equipment. The durability of these parts reduces the frequency of replacements and interventions, supporting continuous operation in the most challenging underground environments.
